With the invention of the first ever bread improver in 1953, Puratos began its mission to help bakers make a success of their passion. During the 50 years we've been working alongside our customers, we have continuously introduced new technologies matching their constant search for quality. Bakery Centres of Excellence in Germany and the USA mean that many more developments are in the pipeline.
