Belcolade has launched a new and exclusive range of organic chocolate, to help make it easier for customers to create healthier confectionery, pastries and all manner of baked goods, announcing the latest launch by the ingredient supplier's Belgian subsidiary.

Called Collection Organic, the range consists of milk, white and two dark chocolates, and delivers all of the benefits today's more health-conscious consumers demand. Fully traceable, all the ingredients used are totally organic, which means that the cocoa, cane sugar and vanilla are grown without pesticides or fertilisers, and we only use milk from livestock that has been fed and reared organically.
In addition, organic chocolate is generally richer in vitamin C, essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and chromium, as well as cancer-fighting antioxidants than non-organic chocolate, and continues to come top among consumers for taste.
Of low or very low viscosity, Collection Origin chocolates are ideal for dipping, enrobing, spraying and wrapping. Available as drops as standard, a small selection are also offered as bake-stable grains.
