Made from a blend of the finest cocoas, both varieties are ideal for fans of the low-carb Atkins Diet and diabetics. And unlike similar products on the market, our new Sugarfree and No Sugar Added range delivers the flavour and texture of authentic Belgian chocolate, so consumers need never again sacrifice taste over the needs of their diet.
Indeed, according to a series of blind consumer taste panels, Belcolade's dark Sugarfree and milk No Sugar Added chocolate both outperformed the best the competition has to offer in terms of taste and mouthfeel. Sixty per cent of consumers said they would choose our Sugarfree chocolate, even if they weren't looking for a sugarfree product.
Belcolade dark Sugarfree and milk and white No Sugar Added chocolate can be tailored to any application, production and taste requirement, and are available in 5kg drops and blocks, as well as liquid for moulding and enrobing. In addition, Belcolade will also be offering Sugarfree and No Sugar Added fillings for pralines, cakes and desserts, with a range of concepts and recipe ideas for confectioners to try.
