The award, which is open to any baker or pastry chef with a passion for patisserie, is sure to be fiercely exciting. "Entrants will need to demonstrate their flair, inspiration and dedication to quality, We are already looking forward to the judging, and I have no doubt the competition will generate lots of original and enticing ideas."
