Cryst-o-fil; “Full – Filling” customer needs. On 6th and 7th June Puratos held 2 demonstration days at the Puratos UK innovation centre in Fringford, to launch ‘Cryst-o-fil’ – a new pre-crystallised filling made with Real Belgian Chocolate.

 

 

 

The benefits of holding a demonstration day for this product is to show 'Cryst-o-fil' at its best, demonstrating the product as a carrier or base for other inclusions rather than a stand-alone product, giving customers a "hands on" approach. Providing an opportunity for people learn about the product first hand whilst demonstrating the ease of use and the high quality of the product.

 

The day began with a general overview of the product from Steve Calver, Belcolade Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland, highlighting the unique benefits of Cryst-o-fil and  giving the customers a good understanding of the opportunity. This was followed by a superb demonstration from Stef Aerts (expert chocolatier from Belgium). Stef used his skills to create several different luxurious chocolates; from the innovative Whisky Banana filling to the refreshing coconut and lemon - showing the full versatility of Cryst-o-fil as a carrier or base for a full range of inclusions and flavourings.

 

The two days were very well received by all. On our feedback survey forms, we were pleased to see 100% of customers rating the product and the day as being either "good" or "excellent".
