O-tentic is a unique bakery component offering all the advantages of fermented wheat. Simply add flour, water and salt; combine it with your know-how to give your bread exceptional character with a typical crunchy crust.
Following some very successful seminars held in November last year, we are holding 2 exclusive O-tentic days on 18th & 19th April 2007 at Mono equipment in Swansea, where you can come along learn all about the product whilst spending an enjoyable day meeting other bakers, tasting samples and having a go yourself!
