Puratos UK expands team
Puratos strengthens UK team Puratos, which develops and supplies ingredients to the bakery, confectionery and patisserie markets, has strengthened its UK team with three new appointments.
Dan Oakley has been appointed managing director for Puratos UK and Ireland. Dan joined Puratos as sales director in 2005,

Another recent appointment is Rupert Taylor, who joins as marketing director. Rupert's role will involve building a framework and team to deliver a marketing strategy to support the UK business with its ongoing growth and development plans.
In addition, Julian Lewis has joined Puratos as retail trade controller. Julian will be responsible for developing the company's grocery presence, and building on its success within the in-store bakery sector.
