Puratos UK has made 3 new appointments to support its future growth in the Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate ingredients market.

Pauline Ferrol joins the company to head up the artisans and distributor sales team.

James Williams also joins the team as Business Account Manager. James will drive the business forward in the retail sector.

"Both Pauline and James are valuable additions to the sales team and will assist us in achieving our ambitious growth targets in 2006 and beyond", says Dan Oakley, UK Sales Director.

Following a detailed strategic exercise last year, and to support Puratos' consumer focus and category approach, the company has appointed Bina Patel into a new role as Category Marketing Manager.
