The Puratos Satin cake range is to be transformed with the launch of the New Satin range in November. The new and improved cake mixes and concentrates meet FSA 2010 guidelines for salt content and contain no azo dyes. They contain only natural flavours and no hydrogenated fats.
The reduction in salt levels reduces the chances of high blood pressure which can lead to heart disease and strokes. Making it more appealing to customers and positive media attention.Azo dyes are associated with hyperactivity in children, therefore their removal expands the market for your products.
