Description

All natural wheat flour based mild fermentation flavour (powder).

Application
-White breads, Italian breads (Toscan, Pugliese, Ciabatta,…), French baguettes, Frozen dough, parbaked goods.

Advantages
-Norma PW55 is a natural ingredient and can be declared as dehydrated sourdough.
-Convenience - straight dough process; easy to dose at required flavour level.
-Tailor flavour to your own recipe.
-Typical usage could be French baguettes, Italian breads (Ciabatta, Pugliese, Toscan bread…) and whole/ multigrain based goods with a "rural touch".
-A further application is to compensate for the loss of flavour in parbaked breads and frozen doughs.
-Constant quality of sourdough and, as a consequence, of bread.
