Origin chocolate is made from cocoa beans that come from a specific region, country or plantation. It can come from all world's most famous places, from Venezuela to Ecuador to Madagascar to Trinidad. As with wine, the flavour is a result of the specific character of the region - allowing you to create delicate taste associations in the end product.
