| Soft'r Bun Concentrate | 3.200kg | 20% |
| Egg | 0.160kg | 10% |
| Pantera Improver | 0.320kg | 1% |
| Dried fruit(optional) | 0.160kg | 33% |
Recipe
1. Spiral mixer: 2 mins slow, 6-8 mins fast. High speed mixer 2.5 - 3 mins.
2. Round up dough, cover and rest for 5-10 mins.
3. Scale as desired.
4. Give final mould & place on prepared trays.
5. Bake for 8/10 mins depending on size.
