Recipe

A great family treat enjoy with any meal.

Mixing
Spiral mixer 2minutes slow, 6/8minutes fast. High Speed mixer 2 1/2 - 3mins. Round up dough, cover and rest for 5-10minutes.
Take a quantity of dough and mix the cheese and the mixed peppers into the dough. Place on the table and drizzle olive oil over the dough and chop into small pieces. Place into foils, sprinkle with grated cheese for decoration.
Prove and bake brush with olive oil ex oven.

200-220°C / 390-460°F
