Recipe
Mixing
Spiral mixer 2minutes slow, 6/8minutes fast. High Speed mixer 2 1/2 - 3mins.
Take a quantity of dough and mix the cheese and marmite on slow speed. Place on the table and drizzle olive oil over the dough and chop into small pieces.
Place into foil, sprinkle with grated cheese for decoration.
Prove, bake and brush with olive oil.
