Recipe
Method - direct:
1.Using a planetary mixer and bowl, Tegral Cheese Scone mix powder and water on slow speed for 30 seconds.
2. Scrape down.
3. Mix for a further 30 seconds on second speed.
4. Pin out to desired thickness (approx 2-3mm).
5. Sprinkle on some Sea salt and cut into the required shapes.
6. Baking time 3-4 minutes depending on size of the product.
7. Oven temperature 220-230°C / 430-450°F.
8. After baking glaze lightly with vegetable oil.
