Tegral Scone cheese 15.000kg 100%
Water 7.200kg 48%

Recipe

Method - direct:
1.Using a planetary mixer and bowl, mix Tegral Cheese Scone powder and water on slow speed for 30 seconds.  
2. Scrape down. 
3. Mix for a further 30 seconds on second speed.  
4. Pin out to 3mm.
5. Put some Arbello Pizza Topping in the middle.
6. Fold to form a semi-circle.
7. Glaze with Sunset Glaze.
8. Bake at 220C fro 8-10mins.
