Tegral Cheese Scone 15.000kg 100%
Water 7.200kg 48%

Recipe

Method - direct:
1.Using a planetary mixer and bowl, Tegral Cheese Scone mix powder and water on slow speed for 30 seconds.  
2. Scrape down. 
3. Mix for a further 30 seconds on second speed.  
4. Pin out to desired thickness (approx 2cm 3/4").  
5. Pin out to 3mm.
6. Cut into strips of 8cm.
7. Spread mustard onto strips.
8. Place a frankfurter sausage in the middle.
9. Fold over and enclose sausage.
10. Cut into desired length.
11. Glaze with Sunset Glaze.
12. Bake in oven 220C for 8-10 mins.
