Tegral Lemon Cake	1.250kg	100%
Egg	440g	35%
Oil	375g	30%
Water	280g	22%
Topping:
Lime Juice	133g
Castor Sugar	266g

Recipe

1. Place Lemon Satin mix in bowl.
2. Add vegetable oil, egg & water.
3. Mix 1 minute slow, 4 minutes medium speed.
4. Deposit the batter into 70g muffin cases.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
6. Brush with topping on exit from oven.
