CHOCOLATE SATIN CAKE - Triple Chocolate Cake

All ingredients

Chocolate Satin Creme Cake Mix 2.500kg 100%
Egg 880g 35%
Oil 750g 30%
Water 560g 22%
Biscuit 750g 15%
Belcolade Milk Chocolate Chunks 750g 15%
Topping:
Chocolate Fudge Icing 1.500kg
Belcolade Milk Chocolate Chunks 150g
Belcolade Milk Chocolate Shavings 100g

Recipe

1. Place Chocolate Satin mix in bowl.
2. Add vegetable oil, egg & water.
3. Mix 1 minute slow, 4 minutes medium speed.
4. Mix in additional ingredients.
5. Bake on 30x18 tray for 30 minutes at 180°C.
6. Leave to cool.
7. Spread Chocolate Fudge Icing evenly over the cake.
8. Sprinkle on Belcolade Chocolate ChunksChocolate Shavings.
