Method
  • Using a planetary mixer & beater combine the savoury batter ingredients.
  • Mix 2 mins slow and 3 mins medium speed. 
  • Deposit into triangular silicone moulds at 40g, top with grated cheddar, jalapenos and maize grits.
  • Bake at 180˚c top heat 160°c bottom heat for 20 - 22 mins.
