Vegan Chocolate Pear Cake

Method

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater combine the cake mix ingredients.
  • Mix on slow for 2 mins, scrape down. Mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Deposit into greased loaf cake tins at 300g, insert 3 pear halves & sprinkle with Belcolade Plain Chocolate Chunks.
  • Bake at 170˚C for 40 - 45 mins.
