Cacao-Trace

Great Taste, Doing Good

The Next Generation Cacao Foundation drives our mission to create a sustainable future for the entire cocoa chain. As a nonprofit supporting Cacao‑Trace communities, it boosts social, economic, and environmental development. Value is shared through a Quality Premium and a Chocolate Bonus funded by chocolate sales, with 100% returned to farmers via cash or community projects. The independent foundation ensures transparency and aims to reach €8M in bonuses by 2030.

Our Sustainable Standards

We build confidence through transparency, following strict sustainability standards that support both the environment and cocoa‑farming communities.

Cacao‑Trace uses a rigorous three‑year verification cycle with independent audits by Control Union to ensure unbiased, high‑quality cocoa production.

Continuously improved through field insights, auditor feedback, market needs, and global initiatives like the Cocoa Forest Initiative and EUDR, it drives lasting sustainability.
