Using a planetary mixer and beater, heat the water and pour over the dates.
Mix on slow speed for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.
Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed.
Deposit into individual pudding moulds at 70g.
