Usage rate on flour weight:
Wholemeal, sweet goods, crusty rolls, scotch rolls, doughnuts and soft rolls: 1%
Baguette, coburg, bloomer, ciabatta, croissant, danish: 0.75%
Loaf bread, Pizza: 0.5%
Toast bread: 0.4%
WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid (E300)), rapeseed oil, enzymes.
