For wholemeal, soft rolls, sweet goods and doughnuts us at 2% on flour weight.

For toast bread use at 0.8% on flour weight.

WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), emulsifier (sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (E481)), SOYA flour, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid (E300)), enzymes.
