Apple Brown Betty Bundt Cake

Egg 0.350 kg
Oil 0.300
Water 0.180 kg
Topfil Apple Cubes | Patisserie 0.300 kg
Sultanas 0.100 kg
Pecans 0.100 kg
total 2.150

  • Add the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, egg. oil, water to a planetary mixer with a beater. Mix on slow for 2 mins. 
  • Scrape down, mix 3 mins medium.
  • Add Topfil Apple, sultanas & pecans, mix to clear. 
  • Deposit the batter into large Bundt moulds lined with Spraylix & a generous dusting of dark brawn sugar at 800g. Bake at 160ºC for 40-50 mins.
