Using a food processor blitz the digestive biscuits to a crumb. Stir through the melted butter and shape the bottom of the cheesecake ring (ex: 120gr for a 16cm diameter ring)

Time: 55 / Oven Type: Deck / Top Temperature: 160 °C Bottom Temperature: 160 °C / Damper: closed / 4% Water loss


Cheesecake Filling
Apply the Deli cheesecake directly from the pail to the ring.

Decoration
Whip the cream to a stiff peak and pipe
