Chocolate Cakeron

  • Add the Satin Crème Cake Chocolate Mix, egg, oil & water to a planetary mixer with a beater.
  • Mix for 2 mins slow speed, 3 mins medium speed.
  • Deposit 8 g batter onto a lined baking tray.
  • Bake at 160°C for 8 mins.
  • Once cooled sandwich two discs with 5 g of Cremfil Ultim Chocolate.
  • Enrobe the filled pieces with tempered Belcolade Plain Enrobing.
  • Finish with a chocolate wax seal.
