Composition
  1. Using a Planetary mixer & beater combine the Patacrout and butter and mix toform a crumb. 
  2. Add the Egg and mix to form a dough. 
  3. Pin the dough to 3mm and line mince pie tins 
  • Baking time: 20m
  • Oven Type: Convection 
  • Top Temperature: 180 °C 
  • Bottom Temperature: 180 °C 
  • Closed 
  • 10.17% Water loss
