Sticky Toffee Apple Pudding

Ingredients

Method 

  • Using a planetary mixer and beater mix the dates, treacle and hot water to soften the dates.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, mix for 2 mins on slow, scrape down.
  • Mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Deposit the batter into small pudding moulds at 75g.
  • Bake at 170˚C for 30-35 mins.
