Topfil Fresh Apple Cake

Cake Batter
  1. Using a planetary mixer & beater, combine the Satin Creme Cake, eggs, oil, and water and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed. 
  2. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed. 
  3. Add the Topfil Apple and mix to combine. 
  4. Deposit the batter at 280g into loaf tins.

Filling
  1. Spread 100g of Topfil Apple on top of each cake.

Topping

Sprinkle some of the seed and grain mix over the top and bake.

  • Bottom Temperature: 180 °C
