Mix all ingredients together till you have a dough. Roll out till 3 mm and cut in the shape you prefer.
Pre bake for approx 15 minutes on 170°C.
Crumble method
Mix flour, sugar and seeds from vanilla pod in the mixer with the paddle.
Pour on the melted Mimetic Incorporation.
Let the crumble cool down on a sheet in fridge.
Sprinkle the crumble on top of the Topfil Finest Strawberry and bake till you have a nice brown color on top.
