Brownie Batter
  1. Combine the butter and chocolate and melt together in a microwave,
  2. In a planetary mixer with beater combine the remaining ingredients and meltedfat and chocolate,
  3. Mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down then mix for 1 minute on mediumspeed.
  4. Deposit into at 700g into a greased 9" foil tray.
