Working Method

Brownie Batter

Using a planetary mixer & beater, combine all ingredients and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.

Mix for a further 1 minute on medium speed.

Deposit the batter at 60g into 10cm round tins.


Filling
Pipe 16g of Cremfil Ultim over the brownie batter.

Topping
  1. Using a planetary mixer & beater, combine the Satin, butter, and golden syrup. 
  2. Mix on slow speed to form a crumb. Add the egg and chocolate chunks and mix to form a dough. 
  3. Deposit 50g of cookie dough in pieces over the Brownie and Cremfil Ultim. 
  4. Bake at 180c for 25 minutes.
