Method

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the cake batter ingredients together for 2 mins slow.
  • Scrape down, mix for 3 mins medium speed.
  • Deposit into cupcake cases at 40g.
  • Bake at 160°C for 20 mins.
  • For the frosting combine all ingredients, mix slow for 1 min, medium 4 mins.
  • Once cooled inject the cakes with the green frosting, finish with a small rosette.
