  • Using a planetary mixer and beater mix Satin Crème Cake Banana Mix, eggs, oil and water for 1 min on slow speed.
  • Scrape down and mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Pipe 20 - 30g drops on to a 18 x 30" baking tray lined with a sheet of silicone in rows of 4 x 7.
  • Bake for 20 - 30 mins depending on size at an oven temperature of 160oC
  • Decoration: Mix Argenta Combo & Classic Banana into icing sugar on slow speed.
  • When they come together mix on medium speed for 4 mins.
  • Pipe onto whoopie base.
  • Dip the whoopie pie lid into warmed  White Fudge, sprinkle with decoration and place on top of the base.
