Place Puratos Vegan Scone Mix in a bowl fitted with a beater.
Add water and mix on slow speed for 1 minute and then scrape down the sides. Mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
On a floured surface, round to a smooth ball, roll out, and cut into desired shape.
Place onto silicone lined trays and brush with Sunset Glaze.
Rest chilled for 10 minutes.
Bake at 230°C for 12 minutes.
Cut the scones in half, whip the Ambiante Topping and spread onto one half of the scone.
On the other half of the scone, spread the Topfil Finest Strawberry.
Place the two halves together and enjoy!
