- Mix Tegral Plain Sponge Mix & water for 1 min slow, scrape down.
- Mix 8 mins high, 2 mins slow.
- Deposit into greased & lined 6inch tins at 180g.
- Place evenly spaced onto lined baking trays.
- Bake at 180°C for 20mins.
- Once cooled, split & fill with 150g of Topfil Strawberry & 60g of whipped Chantypak.
- Dust with sweetsnow.
