Method

  •  Mix Tegral Plain Sponge Mix & water for 1 min slow, scrape down.
  • Mix 8 mins high, 2 mins slow.
  • Deposit into greased & lined 6inch tins at 180g.
  • Place evenly spaced onto lined baking trays.
  • Bake at 180°C for 20mins.
  • Once cooled, split & fill with 150g of Topfil Strawberry & 60g of whipped Chantypak.
  • Dust with sweetsnow.
