Cake

  • Place all liquids in a mixing bowl with powder on top
  • Mix in slow with a paddle beater for 2 mins
  • Scrape down , mix on medium speed for 3 mins
  • Place 60g in a pudding tin
  • Pipe approx 8g of Dulce de leche into the top of the batter
  • Steam at 160°C for 30 mins
