Method

  • Using a planetary mixer mix powder & water on a slow speed for 30 seconds.
  • Scrape down, mix on 2nd speed for 30 seconds.
  • Scrape down. Add fruit & mix on 1st speed until clear.
  • Pin out to 3 - 4mm and cut as required.
  • Cook on a hotplate at a temp of 180 - 190oC for 2-3 mins on each side.
