Oil 0.300 kg
Water 0.225 kg

Desiccated coconut 0.010 kg
Vivafil As required

Method

  • Mix the Satin Plain Crème Cake Coconut Mix, egg, oil & water on slow speed for 2 mins, scrape down, mix on medium for 3 mins.
  • Deposit into a greased dome moulds at 50g, bake for 20-25 mins at 160°C.
  • Once cooled level the cakes scoop out the centre of half of them, fill with Vivafil.
  • Sandwich a filled half & a plain half together.
  • Dip the snowballs into  White Fudge at 60°C, roll in coconut.
  • Allow to set then dust with Sweetsnow.
