Method

  • Mix Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, flour, butter & honey to form a crumb, add the egg & mix to form a dough.
  • Pin the dough to 3mm & cut into 95mm rounds.
  • Pipe 6g of Vivafil of choice into the centre of each round.
  • Fold each round in half & seal with a fork. Bake at 180˚C top heat 160°C bottom heat for 10mins.
  • Once cooled half dip each empanada in melted Carat Cover Fluid White & finish with sprinkles.
