Method

Using a planetary mixer and beater mix the Satin 20 Cake Plain Mix, syrup & butter.

Mix to form a crumb then add the egg and mix to form a dough.

Cut into 60g dough pieces, fill with 6g of Vivafil Apricot, dip in mixed seeds.

Bake at 170°C for 12 - 14 mins.
