Method

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Mix, eggs, oil, water for 1 min slow, scrape down, mix for 3 mins on medium.
  • Spray dome moulds with Spraylix, deposit the batter at 40g.
  • Bake at 160˚C for 20 - 25 mins.
  • Once cooled dip into Carat Cover Dark U2 melted to 45°C, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  • Allow to set then dip again.
