Method

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, flour & butter to form a crumb, add the egg & water, mix to form dough.
  • Pin the dough to 3mm & line into tart cases on a baking tray, freeze.
  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, almonds, flavour, egg, oil & water, mix for 2 mins on slow, 3 mins on medium.
  • Deposit into frozen tart cases at 35g.
  • Top with mincemeat, flaked almonds & marzipan cubes.
  • Bake at 190˚C top heat 170°C bottom heat for 20 mins.
  • Glaze from the oven with Sublimo, dust with Sweetsnow.
