Topfil Cherry as required

Method

  • Using a planetary mixer, mix powder and water on a slow speed for 30 seconds.
  • Scrape down and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pin out to desired thickness, cut into lengths and pipe a thick line of Topfil Cherry.
  • Fold top part over and join.
  • Place on a 18 x 30 tray.
  • Glaze with Sunset Glaze and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  • Rest for 20 mins before baking.
  • Bake at 190-210oC for 15-20 mins
