Tegral Plain Scone
- Using a planetary mixer, mix powder and water on a slow speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape down and mix on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Pin out to desired thickness, cut into lengths and pipe a thick line of Topfil Cherry.
- Fold top part over and join.
- Place on a 18 x 30 tray.
- Glaze with Sunset Glaze and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Rest for 20 mins before baking.
- Bake at 190-210oC for 15-20 mins
