Cake margarine 0.150 kg
Soya milk 0.060 kg
Dried cranberries 0.100kg

  • Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Vegan Plain Mix & margarine to form a crumb.
  • Add the soya milk & cranberries, mix to form a dough.
  • Divide the dough into 80g pieces & form into discs of 1cm thick.
  • Bake at 170˚C for 16 mins.
