Vegan Strawberry Lammy



  • Using a planetary mixer & beater combine the cake mix ingredients.
  • Mix on slow for 2 mins, scrape down. Mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Deposit into silicone moulds at 30g.
  • Bake at 160˚C for 20 mins.
  • Combine the strawberry glaze ingredients, heat to 80°C.
  • Soak the cooled cakes in the hot glaze for 1 min before rolling in desiccated coconut.
