Method

Using a planetary mixer & beater mix the Satin Vegan Complete Mix, oil & water.

Mix on slow for 2 mins then scrape down, mix for 3 mins on medium speed.

Deposit into cupcake cases at 45g.

Bake at 170˚c for 25 mins.

Combine the vanilla frosting ingredients and mix to combine.

Decorate the cooled cake with the vanilla frosting.
