  • Using a planetary mixer and beater, add eggs, oil and water to Satin Crème Cake Chocolate Mix for 1 min slow speed.
  • Scrape down.
  • Mix for 3 mins on medium speed.
  • Scale 50g into a cupcake case.
  • Bake at 160oC for 22 - 35 mins depending on oven.
  • Dip cupcakes in melted Carat Cover White and pipe a spiral with Carat Premium then feather to make a spider's web.
